(View of Hilo Town from across the bay on Coconut Island)

Aloha all…E Komo Mai…Welcome to my blog about Living (and Buying) in Paradise! “Paradise” is the Big Island of Hawaii and by “Buying” I mean purchasing your dream home or land, My name is Trevella Williams and I am a REALTOR® Salesperson with Local Hawaii Real Estate 808-756-1749. This blog is primarily devoted to Real Estate on the Big Island of Hawaii, of course we are going to sneak in plenty of talk story about ono grinds, aloha spirit and great beaches as well!

Well, we are almost into our new office! Hopefully we will be moving in this coming week. I can't wait! It is going to be beautiful...Travertine tile, new paint, new windows, custom work stations with solid wood end caps and of course the gorgeous custom table made from Cypress wood. It truly is a work of art.

And the technology equipment, whoo boy! Digital senders, 20" flat screen monitors, big screen monitor for the conference room, on line transaction management, network sharing, sound reduction headsets...its going to be a sweet place. As you can tell I am really looking forward to it!

Please feel free to ask me questions...and the next time you are in Hilo town enjoy lunch at Ocean Sushi Deli, fantastic sushi at a reasonable price with fair portions (could be bigger but I'm just greedy!). The Volcano roll is great and the spicy tuna is to die for! Aloha Oi!
